I'm in between crafts and projects right now. So, for the sake of keeping family updated, I thought I would share some random things I've been doing lately.
First of all, I have the best husband ever. He just made dinner. Now he's doing the dishes and has cookies in the oven. How did I get so lucky!? :)
I have fallen in love with fall and the decorations! I made this fall leaf wreath (say that 10 times fast) and it cost me less than $5. I bet it would look better on a different door. Maybe a solid and darker colored one. But it's festive nonetheless.
And I'm in love with how these hurricanes turned out.
I made this wreath out of...... coffee filters!! Again, costing less than $5.
I camped out at Chick-fil-a for 24 hours.
And now I get free Chick-fil-a for a year!!
That's a few of the things I've been doing. What's coming next? Maybe a bedroom make over. (Though I don't really know if its considered a "make over" since we never really have decorated it in the first place.) I also have a few more wreaths I want to make and definitely more sewing to do! Things like burp cloths, baby booties, scarves, and pillows.
Has anyone been couponing? I'd love to hear how it's going. How much have you saved?
Some people have asked how to comment. I think it's confusing too but I may have figured it out. At the end of the post there is a link "comments". Click on that and you can choose different ways to sign in. If you don't have any of those log-ins or prefer not to, you can click on "Name/Link". Fill out your name (and link if you have one, but not required) and then type in your comment. Ta Da!!
And does anyone know how to "follow" the blog? I've been told some people have to keep going back to my original email with the link. I'm new to all of this and it's hard to figure out how to follow my own blog. If you know how, please let me know!
That's all I have for tonight. Stay tuned for the upcoming projects!
